Temporary Changes to Our Schedule
Chicago Style Smiles is only seeing emergency patients during this time. Our in-office dental hours depend on the number of emergencies that arise, but typically we will have a doctor in our office 2-3 times a week for morning appointments.
A member of our team will be available for your non-emergency dental questions between 9am to 1pm Monday – Friday. Please contact us at [email protected] or by calling Shelli at 219-292-6341. If you have a non-emergency appointment scheduled with us between now and May 30, you will be receiving a call to reschedule your appointment. We hate to have to reschedule so many appointments, but the safety of our team and patients is our top priority.
Emergency Treatment
We are accepting emergencies by appointment only, in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines. Emergencies include but are not limited to: a painful tooth, infection or fracture, gum bleeding and pain, crown issues, soft tissue issues, etc. If you feel you have a dental emergency or have questions regarding your oral health, please reach out to your doctor – Dr. Rohan: 708-220-3763, Dr. Dow: 312-292-7333 or Dr. Hardenbergh: 616-633-0961. We have also implemented teledentistry appointments (remote video calls via Zoom or FaceTime) to help patients determine if the dental problem is a true emergency.
Safety Measures We Have Put Into Place
Please know that the safety of our staff and our patients is our top priority. Chicago Style Smiles has always met and exceeded the safety and sanitizing requirements made by the American Dental Association and the CDC. We are continuing to follow the additional requirements from the CDC during the coronavirus pandemic and monitoring this very closely daily. Our staff are all wearing additional protective equipment, all patients are extensively pre-screened before arrival to our offices, and anyone who enters our offices is required to wash their hands and follow additional safety procedures.
